What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Holiday Orders (Early Access Black Friday through December): 45-day return window from the date you receive your item.

All Other Orders: 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.
If your return isn’t postmarked within the applicable window (45 or 14 days), it won’t qualify for a refund or exchange.
What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return?
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:

Unused and unwashed

In its original packaging

Free from pet hair or visible wear
Items that arrive with pet hair or signs of use cannot be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
Are there any fees for returns?
To help protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs.
A 25% restocking/shipping fee per item will be deducted from your refund total.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (minus shipping costs and applicable fees).
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at info@purecountry.com if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We’ll take care of the issue and cover shipping costs in these cases.
Our replacement policy for manufacturing defects (like seams, holes, or other quality issues) is valid for 100 days from the date of purchase.
Can I return sale or final sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return for your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
